The contribution of PPGAU+D for the elaboration of Integrated Regularization Plans(PIRF) of ZEIS Pic, Poço da Draga and Bom Jardim. Faculty, students and Alumni of PPGAU+D were part of an interdisciplinary (Sociology, Architecture, Public Policies, Economy, Law Environment Engineer and Geography) team of researchers, commissioned by Fortaleza City Hall planning Agency IPLANFOR. The PPGAU+D team’s task was to elaborate the Urban Plans and Land Use norms for these three territories using a participatory and collaborative approach with residents. For that, they have use a methodology that has previously been conceived as a dissertation research product, The dialogue with residents occurred during design workshops, charretes and informal conversations at the “Field office” established in each ZEIS territory.
