Sampaio Freitas, architect and professor of urbanism at the Federal University of Ceará, where her work Confronting Marginalization through Data-Based Design in Fortaleza’s Informal Settlements engages the intersection of urban built environments and social justice.
Dr. Sampaio Freitas will be introduced by Kristine Stiphany and her lecture moderated by Brianna Deleon (CoA), Grace Shanks (CoA), and Annabel Jenkins (DoLA).
